day 1

Drive from Marrakech/Agadir to Ouarzazate with a visit to Telouet Ait Bin Hadou (overnight stay in a hotel in Ouarzazate)

day 2

Ouarzazate desert via Draa Tal Zagora Tamgroute (overnight in the desert in tents)

Day 3-6

Desert trekking: We walk 3-4 hours through the desert to the next campsite

Yoga: sun salutations in the morning, breathing exercises, a yoga class in the evening and learning various tools that get the energy flowing, shift emotions and open the heart

Day 7

Desert trekking and yoga with overnight stay in the desert camp

Day 8

Erg Chegaga-Ouarzazate via salt lake to Foum Zguid and Tazenakht, visit to the Fint oases (overnight stay in a hotel in Ouarzazat)

Day 9

Return journey Ouarzazate to Marrakech/Agadir
